NIFTY, Reliance, Tata Steel 19'th April 2011

The Indian stock market indices had a weak day yesterday. Markets started off in the green, however mid-session they moved into the red zone. Persistent selling in index heavyweights caused the indices to close in deep negative territory. The Sensex closed lower by 296 points (down 1.5%), The Nifty closed lower by around 95 points (down 1.6%). The BSE Midcap and BSE Small cap were closed lower by 1.3% and 0.8% respectively.

After the downgrade by S&P US market closed lower yesterday. Asian market is trading in negative. SGX Nifty is trading 40 points down. Nifty has support at 5700,5680 level. Market's will open with gap down effect but buying may come from lower levels. undertone will be positive but as day progress selling will emerge. Buying may emerge from level of 5650-5665 level. INDIA VIX index was up 4% on Monday. Nifty may close around 5700-5710 level loosing 30-40 points on closing basis.

Sectorial Impact..............

Nifty will take support around 5660-5670 level. Trader can buy after initial selling completes in market. Value buying will emerge as day progress. Keep strict stop loss in your trade.

No trading call for day but buying will come in market after initial selling panic
